Everyone has different opinions and everyone think that they are right. The church throughout time has been wrong on so many issues – slavery, the world being flat and many many more. Why are we so certain we have this issue all sewn up and that we know exactly what the bible says about it? I would advise that everyone go away and study this subject for themselves rather than just listening to what the church or your minister has to say about it. I have to disagree with ur statement that the bible says that homosexuality is wrong - not cause I'm gay and I want it to be right. God is the foundation and the centre of my whole existence and I would never want to live my life in a way that dishonours or offends him - the church on the other hand I don’t care about offending.

The bible is open to interpretation regarding many issues, women in ministry, should a woman wear a hat in church, predestination etc etc.
